Well of course he did. Mikhailovich is his IBF mandatory. He'd have lost one of his belts if he took the Sheeraz fight. Janibek doesn't have that Spence pull that kept him from having to defend his IBF belt more than one time in 4 years. PBC likes to hold belts for negotiations and do a lot of in house fighting. No money them two fighting that are basically stable mates.
