Has PBC sent Janibek an offer ever?

AFAIK, the only offer that's ever been sent was from Janibek to Adames. Adames characterized it as low, which could either be true, or just Adames pricing himself out.

If Adames had the option to take the fight and didn't he deserves ridicule. Why PBC isn't making Lara-Adames is what I really want to know.

For the same reason they seemingly don't want to make Barrios/Stanionis: There's no money to be made.

True that brother. Business always tru/mps unification, mandatories, ordered fights, clamored by fans, you name it. It's not a sport, it's a business. Same excuse why Shakur vs Davis can't be made.

Lara and Adames have the same trainer.

Let's see if Queensberry makes the offer when Janibek doesn't have an IBF mandatory ordered, and how he responds then.
I wonder what went into Alimkhanuly’s decision — sometimes the “good money” isn’t worth the risk for a fight that doesn’t move you forward.

Could be he’s holding out for bigger opportunities, better matchups, or fights that align more with his long-term goals.

PBC likes to hold belts for negotiations and do a lot of in house fighting. No money them two fighting that are basically stable mates.

There has to be some clarification at MW and that would be a good start if both faced each other.

The business of boxing gets in the way of fights like these.

High risk, low reward guy avoids a guy who is even higher risk, lower reward.

                    Many such cases.

Sheeraz fights at 168 and Janibek is fighting Lara for a unification
