I'm not convinced he is. That was Fulton's featherweight debut coming off a KO loss to Inoue. He looked very heavy footed and like he was fighting above his appropriate weight class, IMO. Fulton will either settle in, or need to move back down, but this sort of issue is exactly why most fighters take fights to acclimate to a new weight class, and why I'm personally impressed that Inoue has gone straight for the best fighters in the division in his divisional debut 3 times now. If I'd been paying attention to this being a FW fight, this is exactly the result that would have seemed most likely. Fulton will either prove his class as he settles in, or he'll find he's too small for the weight class.
