They have know idea how much is stolen because if they did, they'd be suing the pee-ons. The numbers are made up, and when they come up short it's blamed on the fake millions of evil doers .....there's nothing scientific about it.
Projected sales are random and real boxing fans know the difference between chicken soup and $90.00 chicken shyt!
It's nonsense to think the (so called) casual is stealing fights when they don't know even who the hell is fighting. I'm sorry but if what they mean by stealing is waiting for a few highlights on youtube...call me Bernie Madoff because that's all most of these fights are worth.Last edited by factsarenice; 09-09-2024, 11:48 AM.

The one and only title is safe in the hands of Usyk and Fury, so this is no title fight. But it doesn't have to be, in order to be IMPORTANT.
Joshua is the biggest earner in the division and would have been the biggest in the sport, period; if his heart and chin were just a little better.
Dubois grew into a mature, top heavyweight very publicly, before our eyes, and we're now seeing the finished product. He shut all that "Hrgovic is the next great" stuff ALL the way down.
Its a GREAT match between two big, modern power house professionals, and any REAL fan is going to pay the asking price.
Great for Combat sports!!!

In the most recent Harris Poll, boxing now ranks as the fourth most-popular sport in the United States, behind only football, baseball, and basketball. And ahead of MMA. Ahead of ice hockey. Ahead of soccer. Ahead of tennis. Ahead of golf.

When something is unfair, humans will find a way to get around it. The prices of PPV boxing have been ridiculous!! $90 plus tax for a Canelo fight? Europe pays $20! $20 is fair. PBC and others have brought the stealing of PPV on themselves! I don't steal fights, but I'm also not buying Canelo vs Berlanga!CPNUTKnockoutFreshMart

The kicker is when you went to DAZN's site and they listed the PPV prices per country, the US was always like $69.99 and everyone else was $19.99 and under. Even in the UK, most fights are 20-25 pounds. We're just now getting the same treatment since they realize they're losing million upon millions of buyers. This should have been done long ago. There's so many reasons boxing went from a top 3 sport in the US in the mid-20th century to the niche sport it is today.CPNUTKnockoutFreshMart likes this.
