Wilder was not the greatest boxer but he was a great entertainer and single handedly kept the U.S relevant in the Heavyweight division for a good while.

The costumes, the cringey schtick, the excuses. Good times, great memories.

    Go well Bronze Bomber!

There were other champs he could have throttled
Whyte, in his prime, was much better than Wilder. You only have to look at their resumes to see that. Whyte beat Povetkin, who was much better than anybody Wilder ever beat. He also decked and beat a younger, fresher version of Parker than the faded version who had Wilder running like a scared rabbit for 12 rounds.

Wilder spinning around full circle like a gangly drunk ballerina in front of Zhang before face planting the canvas, out cold, was tremendously entertaining!

          Haha...exactly. And the windmills. Legendary!

Prime Whyte was a cheat who only beat Parker cos of a headbutt and he never deserved a repeat shot at a Covid recovering Povetkin who blasted him out in one of the sweetest knockouts I've ever seen.

          Prime Parker is NOW!!!

...not the fresh faced 2018 version who got jobbed by an AJ on his bike with a friendly ref and a dirty Whyte hype job.

Not a Wilder fan by any stretch (he was funny as hell to watch, though)
However terrible he was, he at least owned a part of the div.
Nothing ever became of Whyte or Parker.
I don't think they will be remembered 10 years from now.
There is a very minute chance Wilder will be a HOFer.

Parker will always be remembered round our ways as the first Pasifikan heavyweight champion of the World.

Always been curious as to why you got Jimmy 'Thunder' Peau in your sig though ?

If ever there was a HW to exploit, this was the one.
My boy Jimmy would have been undefeated in this era

Grimsley would have been a contender
