I know you don't like Eddie Hearns or Dazn boxing and I know you are Team PBC and Team Al but you don't have to be too negative and say boots is in a terrible situation.

Let's see how team Norman's plans go and they should make sure they don't lose that belt to an underdog or worse still not even make much money as a champion.
You're 100% correct I do not like Eddie or Dazn. And I think k Boots is now realizing that he us un a terrible situation with a promoter that no longer has the money ro overpay fighters and he also doesn't have the fighters in house for him!

Boots did this to himself. He’s on the path to becoming the next Andrade. Dont cRw to see any more boots articles till he fights someone with a pulse. Rematching Karen and matchroom lost the purse bid is hilarious. Fast Eddie tried to low ball Norman. Just a terrible terrible promotional company. Matchroom was built to serve AJ canelo and GGG.

Hearn never had any intention of making Boots undisputed. He did exactly what I have been telling you guys for 5 years now. He signed him to prevent him going to have success at PBC or TR. Hearn has been in the business to long to think that he could pry Norman's title from TR after Brian only had it for a fee months now. His plan for Boots is the same plan he had for Andrade and TEevin Farmer which is to keep them occupied with Eurobums while preventing unified title fights from happening on PBC and TR. And Boots fell for the BS!. Had he stuck with Espinoza and signed with PBC he would be fighting for 3 belts this year. Now this guy is chasing inferior Euro guys ro Germany. Haha can't make dis shytr up mane!

The reason why I've been so mad at this whole Boots situation is because I know he was on the verge of becoming Roy Jones Jr 2.0. Now he is in the verge of becoming another Philadelphia fighter David Reid 2.0. You guys remember him? Yea I know you dont!

That lazy eye I’ll never forget ! And speaking of management David’s should have got him eye surgery before fighting Trinidad. But they went for the money in front of them and Reid was never the same .

Or is he supposed to just throw 500k of his own money into the sewer?

Its funny, because people's opinions on "appropriate" purses seem to change depending on which fighter or promoter is involved. I remember how much heat Crawford was getting in the Spence negotiations with people telling him he should just accept whatever crumbs were offered, etc, but now alot of those same people are saying Norman is right to pass on damn near 2 million dollars and that Hearn should just pay it and be willing to lose a half million bucks. LOL
I understand there are limits but Eddie has a superstar that nobody truly wants to fight. Either pay for the fights or... get him into position to force competition to come to him, there is no other way around it.

As for Jolene Mizzone, Norman's manager, she understood Normans chances and tried to price in what the 2nd belt would do for Jaron while ignoring what her failed negotiation would cost her fighter. She then cleverly tried to pin everything it on Eddie because she can't admit she lost the biggest payday of Norman's career.

IMO, nobody is innocent and Jaron is going to be forced into fighting bigger guys at 154 and even then, Jarons situation will continue and for the same reason. Norman will fight no body special for nothing and if he does steps to Stanionis he'll lose for much, much less.

If you think for a second that it's was Brian Sr and Bozy doing the negotiations you're wrong. This was coming str8t from Bob. Arum has been shut out of the WW div over the last decade. He finally is back in with a champ that likes being at TR and isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Arum has an obligation to ESPN to showcase championship fights. It's not practical for him to let his champ go on another network where his fighter will be severely disadvantaged. Bob knows Dazn and Eddie is on the ropes and damn near collapsing. Why would he help them out?
Great points but you kind of lost me at the demise of Eddie Hearn and DAZN, other than that you were on a roll.

I realize that you're a big fan of the PBC and Al Haymon but they are only a small part of boxing, they don't actually fight they simply manage fighters. You get push back because it's like selling the front desk of a basketball team, not the coach or the players but a front desk that refuses to play the Lakers.

To be fair, most fighters were never the same after facing Trinidad in the ring. Not all, but most.

I 10000% disagree with that assessment. First of all, Ennis is NOT a "superstar". Most casuals couldnt even pick him out of a lineup. And its not that people dont want to fight him. The sad truth is that Ennis pops has spent the past 2 years turning down ANY meaningful fight without even TRYING to negotiate.

Totally agree with you that Jolene shat the bed. She actually should have had a little more faith in her fighter because I think its a winnable fight for Norman. I dont think Ennis is some unbeatable phenom. $1.75 was MORE than fair.......
