I know you don't like Eddie Hearns or Dazn boxing and I know you are Team PBC and Team Al but you don't have to be too negative and say boots is in a terrible situation.

Let's see how team Norman's plans go and they should make sure they don't lose that belt to an underdog or worse still not even make much money as a champion.
Eddie hearn is SHlT. He things he runs boxing.

Jake Donovan claims the Purse was just 250k apart and if that's the case, both fighters were miss handled by Eddie and Jolene Mizzone . Eddie should be ashamed of himself, full stop, he fu<ked this up. As for Jolene... tell yourself whatever you need to but Norman isn't a draw, and now ever time he goes out there, he faces the real risk of getting beaten for significantly less.

I think Normans team blew it. They overplayed their hand. $1.75 is ALOT of money, and I dont think Ennis is godzilla anyways. That was a 50-50 fight IMO.......

Why? This idea that promoters are just bottomless pits of money and can just pay "whatever it takes" to make a fight is absurd. Eddie had a number he felt was as high as he could go, and it just didnt work out. Is he supposed to shortchange his own fighter just to make Norman happy? Or is he supposed to just throw 500k of his own money into the sewer?

Its funny, because people's opinions on "appropriate" purses seem to change depending on which fighter or promoter is involved. I remember how much heat Crawford was getting in the Spence negotiations with people telling him he should just accept whatever crumbs were offered, etc, but now alot of those same people are saying Norman is right to pass on damn near 2 million dollars and that Hearn should just pay it and be willing to lose a half million bucks. LOL

I know boxing and follow a lot of fights with popular fighters and non-popular fighters. I have never seen Brian Norman Jr up until this post. I have seen Boots plenty of times. I think that Norman should've taken the money. For the life of me I don't understand why the winner of such a fight wouldn't get a lion's share of the purse. Both fighters should be guaranteed a minimum purse with the winner getting an extra 10%. Norman's team was asking for more money because they feared Norman getting potentially knocked out by Boots. Had the fight go on as planned and Norman won the fight, his popularity and future purses would have went up quite a bit. Now he is back to square one. Boots and Norman Jr are up and comers, they have to build up their names and fights like this would've helped. Both promoters should be ashamed of themselves.

Eddie talks a good game. He reminds me of a white Butch Lewis. The only time he's not lying is when his lips aren't moving.

Well, you (Norman) played yourself, and now you're not even headlining! Eddie needs to have Boots drop the belt ASAP! Boots vs. Madrimov! Make It Happen!!!

I going to fuq you guys head up for a second but I need all of you to hear me good. To all of you speculating on who was at fault between Boots and Brian for the fight breaking down I got news for you. If you think for a second that it's was Brian Sr and Bozy doing the negotiations you're wrong. This was coming str8t from Bob. Arum has been shut out of the WW div over the last decade. He finally is back in with a champ that likes being at TR and isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Arum has an obligation to ESPN to showcase championship fights. It's not practical for him to let his champ go on another network where his fighter will be severely disadvantaged. Bob knows Dazn and Eddie is on the ropes and damn near collapsing. Why would he help them out?
