morons will tell you that they are proud of the ibf because "they follow the rules" I will tell you they a corrupt organization with rankings that have no name fighters who are there because of dirty deals behind closed doors with boxing managers and promoters. I believe it was ibf who had scull as the mandatory for Canelo lol. when we all know there is a couple fighters who are worthy of that fight and should have been #1 on all rankings. all the alphabets are crooked in their own way. and only ppl who have been sold the "better of the evils" scam that has been sold at all levels In our world will say different. believe me?

A fan-centric approach to ultimate superstardom and casual fan awareness SHOULD be the taxicab/Uber method.
Does the typical cab driver make more at the end of the day waiting around for the unicorn high-paying airport run or does he make out better taking as many fares as possible to just keep that meter running. The answer is to just keep taking fares and keep that cab busy all the time. At the end of the day, they make more money.
I wish a guy like Boots who says he wants to be the superstar that eve casual fans will pay to see in the ring would adopt the same strategy. Fight ALL the time. Tale ALL comers. If he's as good as he says he is, he should be confident to keep winning. More exposure means more fans means higher gate and PPV.
He's at the right place in his career to at least TRY.
I know I may sound naive but if fan interest is waning because of high ticket prices coupled with a fight every 18 months, let's at least see what happens with a different paradigm.Comment

But Hearn said he was going to change the trajectory of Boots' career? That he was going to get him the big fights Boots deserves?
Nearly 2 fights in, and it looks like more of the same. No different from when Boots was promoted by Cameron Dunkin.Comment

It seems like the protection kicks in as soon as a fighter starts making money. I start liking a fighter and they throw him back into the kiddy pool. I like Sam Noakes and they talk about Chaimberland, but he gets Sciatica. I liked Pantera early, then they put him on pablum. I never did like Verdugo, same thing. I can point fingers, but I don't have enough hands.Comment

I mean if Boots had a competent management tram all they had to do was look at the careers of Andrade, F Jacobs and Tevin Farmer when they signed to Hearn. How could they possibly think it was going to be any different. The only fighters Eddie Hearn has to offer him are Euro after Euro after Euro. He had all the WW title fights at PBC. Espinosa had him fighting on the Tank vs Garcia bout in D.C. on PPV. That was the fight to introduce the public to him that he was going to be a future PPV star. But instead he signs with Hearn and it David I-be-sneezin right out the gate and followed by a rematch with Karen a.k.a. "the "running bum". PBC nor TR will be doing unifications with him while he's signed to matchroomComment

Hearn is trying to act like he's shocked that the rematch is being forced between Boots vs Karen. He knew damn well that was going to happen because Hearn doesn't have any other fighters for Boots. Now Hearn is going to try and ruin the career of Shakur as well. Damn! Bud, Boots, Shakur and Haney should have signed with PBC then we would be getting a lot ifbthe fights we want!Comment
