Even after his rematch clause with Errol Spence had expired and Ennis had become his IBF mandatory challenger.

That was the one fight that all boxing fans wanted too see but for whatever reason Crawford just simply refused to fight him.

He even went so far as to acknowledge that he was never fighting Jaron Ennis. Perhaps it’s due that he is both unproven and untested or he just doesn’t bring enough money to the table.

If it’s the latter then that could be easily arranged if Turki Alalshikh wants to see the fight and is willing to give Bud the type of money he needs in order to make that fight happen.
It is easy to understand. Crawford in 2 or 3 fights away from retirement. He wants money and legacy (undisputed in third weight division). Boots does not give him either of those two things.

Boots is one of those guys that will spoon fed, he’s not going to be facing any real fighters. . There’s some good fighters at 47 and why hasn’t he fought any of them? I don’t understand that part

It's hardly an apples-to-apples comparison: Vergil has been with GBP his entire career, whereas Ennis has been with MR for 4 months.

Now you take that back! I won’t allow that kind of talk! Eddie Hearn is the greatest thing to happen to boxing since the Marquis of Queensbury!

Bohachuk is way better then the Karen that went the distance with Ennis.

According to Compubox Vergil outlanded 8 rounds to 4 to Bohachuk, not an opion. I think Vergil won those 2 rounds were he got dropped.

There's really nothing much to comment here. One is younger by nine months and on his 23rd fight. The other one is older and on his 34th.
You can pretty much tell who wants to move on and who wants to stay where he's at. Eleven fights difference between the two.
Is there anything else to say? Things speak for themselves.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out. One's high risk, low reward. The other just had a fight he looked vulnerable in and brings money to the table.

It's not about weight class it's about risk and reward.

It's fine, just keep winning and fighting who's available. Eventually someone will fight Boots. Ortiz still hasnt fought anyone of note pr a threat. I just want to see both fight better and better comp and the cream will rise like always.

You can critique Ennis for not being able to stop Chukhadzhian, but also realize that Chuk was defensively minded. In his very next fight vs. Scarff, Chuk fought more aggressively because Scarff can't punch. Bohachuk usually comes forward, so Ennis won't have to chase him. Boha/Ennis and Chuk/Ennis are totally different match-ups. I'm not saying Ennis would perform better or worse than Vergil, just that you cannot draw any conclusions from how Ennis performed vs. Chuk.

Yet they criticize Vergil for having a tough fight vs Bohachuk. Let's see Ennis vs Bohachuk, but we know he doesn't want that smoke.
