Canelo went from 160 to 175, two weight Classes higher for Kovalev. You judge Canelo for that, but never praise for doing exactly the opposite. Just say you hate him.

Morrell is not impressive, he gets outbox by Bivol and stopped by Beterbiev at 175. Never seen Morrell even try to fight a Champ at 175, something Canelo did twice being the height of Teo Lopez. Morrell weight bully days are Over.

We were not talking about accomplishment. The ginger was born in a free country while Morrell Jr had to get on a boat, and risk his life just to be free, be on the shelf for a couple of years. And then been avoided by those fighters that you hold in high regard. And no, kovalev was a shell of himself coming out of two ko losses, 36 yo alcoholic with a big domestic charge hanging over his head, a full camp and a 12th round fight against a young kid that he could have ko in the first two rounds if he was in his prime. If you're counting kovalev as a good win, you're blinded by idolatry. I'd like to see it next, but considering neither looked great last time out, maybe an extra fight at the weight is a good thing. But some felt like Benavidez didn't want to risk his Canelo shot by facing Morrell at 168, and now it looks like he doesn't want to risk his undisputed shot by facing him at 175.
