If you want to see more punches, go watch Chocolatito v Estrada 1 & 2. This was a perfectly good fight in its own right, but punch output tends to go down as the weight goes up. There's all different kinds of things to appreciate in boxing, if you know what you're watching.

On paper it should have been boring: two technicians picking their spots doesn't exactly scream excitement, but somehow Crawford and Madrimov made a show of it. I was in suspense the whole time.

I think due to how late it started and I was expecting a more aggressive Bud, by like rd9 or 10 I tuned out. I felt it was going to the cards and didn't care to see it to the end. Perhaps that just my age these days catching up with me, but I don't care to stay up as late anymore like I used to. Especially for something that isn't quite entertaining me 100%.

I always root for the underdog. Well, not always. But when I see a guy doing the same thing already halfway into the fight. That's it for me. I'd rather just do some house chore and come back for the announcement of the result, which I'm sure won't favor him. Time flies too fast after the sixth round for me and I'm not going to go through watching some guy struggle and not capable of pulling it. I'd rather see him get KTFO at that point, get it over with. Just surviving the distance is not gonna do it for me. I'd rather see someone laying it out all on the line even if means a loss. Jared Anderson fighting like a real fighter vs Bakole is a good example. So Crawford vs Madrimov fight was boring for me. Just wasting time jumping up and down hardly throwing any punches on a short 3 minutes per round fight just seems idiotic. What the heck is he thinking? Yeah, I know. It's easier said than done, but that's life.

Not the most entertaining but I called it prior too. I knew Madrimov was going to go 12 and I knew he'd make it difficult. I was disappointed though because I felt the lull in action at times was on Madrimov.

Master counterpunchers like Bud are the worst kinda fighters to try to win a decision against. You have to take risks and be unorthodox.

Woooooooowwww…that’s actually not too far from the truth. Slow ass punches but Jared looked like he got touched by high voltage live wires.
