Well, as I hinted in my callout, lots of upsets this year. And - what a punch, that Leo left hook. Venado might never be the same after that shock.

Incidentally, as I was doing the maths I noticed that our friend ShoulderRoll has been banned, hopefully only momentarily.

      Results:

      Leo KO late
      Ortiz Jr DEC close

I got so caught up in Ortiz/Bohachuk, I missed most of the Lopez/Leo scuffle and tuned in about a minute before Leo landed. Cong**** to those who picked Leo in any capacity.

Not sure how someone could pick Leo but that is the chit gamblers are made of
That was a true underdog in every sense

Bro, Lopez's style is crap! It was just a matter of time that a fighter with Leo's good fundamentals and determination would crack his code. I was surprised that he cracked Lopez's chin like that, though. Damn!!

I agree as timing would be Lopez’s downfall but Leo ???
Really , the guy who is not known for power and isn’t the greatest boxer of all
I was surprised also , very surprised

Granted, Leo isn't known for his power, but he was a champion before. His fundamentals are much better than Lopez's. Then again, most fighters' are better . I also noticed that Lopez was sucking air at about mid-fight.

Yeah your right , under or over trained to be out of breath like that
I’d say anybody’s fundamentals are better than Lopez’s lol
                    A really awkward fighter
