I've never juiced either, but I've read up on anabolic steroids and I've seen plenty of guys and some girls on them at the gym. Acne on the back is a common visible side-effect. Lopez's back was speckled with acne scars. Looked like a leopard.

Yeah, you can't prove it without a blood test, but it sure fits the bill by the description and unusual power. Lopez is 5'4" and usually hurts opponents with awkward arm punches.
I know NOTHING about PED usage except the very basics, so feel free to school me if I sound like a buffoon, but IF Lopez was juicing, I'd argue Leo deserves even MORE props than he already has sparking him clean out like that, no?
