Morrell hasnt even faced a top 10 yet and somehow you think hes ready for the big dogs and im not talking about canelo only. A poster above made an interesting observation , DMJ has only 10-11 pro fights in 5 YEARS! Clearly the real sht here is his managing/promoting ,just awful.
You're wrong, Allen was the #1 or 2 contender for the WBA at the time they fought for the WBA belt, and Aidos was #4 or 5 when he challenged Morrell Jr. He has only 10 fights for two reason, one was the covid and the other because they're so many self made eunuchs in the sport, that they refuse to fight the guy, benavidez, mbilli, canelo, ryder and so on. A guy that has fought a combined opposition of 217W with 19L, has taken three "0" wouldn't fight a journeyman and you would be the first to criticize him for that, so he moved up and now he found a real fighter that wants to end the hype. The quantity of the fight don't matter, quality trumps that, look at Lomachenko, Rigondeaux.

Nice to see boxers telling the truth about the ginger coward and his cherry picking nonsense.

            low risk, high reward

Alvarez wants to milk Puerto Rican fans with a Puerto Rican opponent

Mbilli or Iglesias would be much more intriguing opponents

It all well and good to criticize Canelo for fighting Berlanga. But why didn’t Morrell fight Mbilli himself? The guy’s last three fights will be Kalajdzic, Sena Agbeko, and Yamaguchi Falcao for fvck’s sake.

Morrell and Benavidez are both on the same side of the street with PBC. Why haven’t they fought each other?

All of these dudes are doing the same thing they accuse Canelo of. Avoiding the tough matchups.

Im a Puerto Rican man and I cant bring myself to root for this scam of a fight- Canelo is not good for boxing - he's a coward, no real boxer runs from the real fighters
