The last time Berlanga was "all action" was 2021 against Nicholson when he still believed he would spark everyone out.

I don't recall "all action" against Coceres, Rolls or the corpse of Romer Angulo. I remember Coceres touching him up and Rolls outboxing him.

Look for Edgar to try and survive as song as possible before he finds a nice soft part of the canvas to lay down on.

Canelo still denying Benavidez the fight--Canelo is ignoring Benavidez because of SHT talk. Canelo is the Taylor Swift of boxing but he is getting less interesting. The Crawford fight is more about money than making history.

Canelo could be at a quarter of his best and he beats Berlanga.

Obviously Benavidez would be the fight we want. Mbili also, but he's nowhere near Canelo's level.

Actually wouldn't mind the Crawford fight.

I will not be ordering this fight. Even if the undercard is stacked I will no longer support Álvarez fights that are no challenge whatsoever. The so called “face of boxing” as his emasculated eunuch fans preach, is HARMING the sport of boxing and I’ll not contribute to that. I implore pbc to stop working with Canelo after this

Wish I could give credit to all the posters on this site that were calling this fight as Canelo's next "conquest" for months now. I am in the "more power to him" camp. If the casual fans are wiling to pay for this kind of glorified sparring session, why would Canelo fight any real names at this point in his career? He will make as much for this as a Benavidez fight. Why not take the path of least resistance.

By the way, am I still the only guy on this site that is truly not interested in a 147 pound Crawford fighting Alvarez who has been campaigning at 168 with a flirt at 175? Catchweight or not, nothing about it screams great fight to me.

The twist with Berlanga is the zest of his Puerto Rican heritage.
