His initial plan was to fight Stanionis, but he couldn’t make weight! Tszyu is definitely a step up, but let’s not act like that was Plan A! lol!

I agree, doing what Bud did, by becoming Undisputed in a weak division makes zero sense!

Fighting an undefeated champ in his 1st fight at a 4th weight class?

        It's not even close, Bronx.

When did Spence get shot? Crawford got shot when he was younger, never knew Spence did. Did you just make that up or is it actually true?

Haney definitely proved himself, went to Australia bet on himself and won, even if I never particularly rated him, I always gave him credit when necessary.

Boots hasn’t proved sh**, unlike Haney and unlike Crawford, your comparison was awful, get over it and stop embarrassing yourself.
If you think you’re not embarrassing yourself by saying Haney is more deserving of a title shot at 147 than Boots, then by all means, please continue! Lol!

Just because Bud makes beating the man who beat the man look easy doesn't mean the divisions were weak.

Haney fought Loma, Prograis, and Garcia.

Who are the 147 equivalents on Boots' resume?

I honestly don't have a problem with him trying to unify at 147, weak or not. That's preferable to him not fighting any ranked fighters, which is where he's at. I'd gladly watch Boots v Bud, but TBH, it feels more more like young Bud with no resume trying to call out Mayweather, because that's the difference in careers and age. This isn't Thurman-Spence-Bud. It's Mayweather-Bud, except Boots is far less accomplished at the same age. I sure hope you were calling out for Mayweather to fight Bud when Bud was 27... I don't know why you're so opposed to Boots building his own era.
He took that Spence loss really hard.

                  Two questions.

                  1. If you were Bud, would it be better for your career to become a 4 division world champion and setup possible fights in a new division, or get back a belt you didn't lose in the ring vs a guy with zero wins over top competition who has never won a world title in the ring?

                  2. Bud is 37. Boots is 27. Do you know who was 37 when Bud was in Boots' shoes? Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Or maybe Manny Pacquiao, who was 35. Should either of those guys have fought Bud instead of the fights they took in 2014-2015? Keep in mind that at 27, Bud had beaten 2 world champions, one who was a 3 division world champion and one who was a two time world champion and Olympic gold medallist, and was Ring and lineal champ in his division as well, while Boots has accomplished fugh-all.

Im not opposed to Boots building his own name, nor am I against a 37 year old Crawford deciding to swerve Boots! I’m just opposed to those who blame Boots for the fight not happening, with Thurman, Spence, and Crawford! For the record, Crawford never called out Mayweather! In fact, at one time he told Pacquiao he had to come to 140! Boots is cut from a different cloth!

Where have you deciphered that from? Can you even read?

Haney is definitely far more proven than Boots though, he’s beaten several guys in the top 5. Boots has beaten one top 10 guy in 32 fights.

You also tried to laughably claim Matthysse was way better than Postol despite Postol convincingly stopping him.

You also tried to claim Errol Spence got shot, is that true or just more distorted nonsense?
