You still missing the context. Many of the greatest champions in history won vacant belts. 154 hasn't had anyone separate themselves since Jermell Charlo went out with a whimper. Madrimov has two fights with a good win against Ring #9 Soro, and won his belt vs Kurbanov, who also has wins vs the likes of Soro and former WBO champion Patrick Teixeira. Teixeira won his belt over current middleweight champion Carlos Adames. The facts say that Madrimov is as good of a champion as we have at 154 right now.

Madrimov is a very good champion as the underdog with -750 odds for P4P #1 challenger. Where’s the $$$$ going? Simple formula to get a good outcome view..

Bud should win. However, I'm not ruling out an upset. There are some matches where you can say no way this opponent wins. That's not the case with Madrimov. He can box, he's a volume puncher, he's accurate, and he has some power.
