You still missing the context. Many of the greatest champions in history won vacant belts. 154 hasn't had anyone separate themselves since Jermell Charlo went out with a whimper. Madrimov has two fights with a good win against Ring #9 Soro, and won his belt vs Kurbanov, who also has wins vs the likes of Soro and former WBO champion Patrick Teixeira. Teixeira won his belt over current middleweight champion Carlos Adames. The facts say that Madrimov is as good of a champion as we have at 154 right now.

          Very excited for this.

First fight at the weight class against an undefeated champ.

Madrimov could very likely stun Bud while he's processing.

My problem with all this is with all the good he does , get yourself a fughin PR guy who will enhance your popularity since it’s not in your blood to play that part
Terrence Crawford is popular enough with the people who matter i.e Actual hardcore boxing fans in the game, and by the looks of it? The movers and makers in the game.

I have stated this before? People in general, really need to stop seeking the validation of 'The individuals in society who only have surface level interests, and are not really in-depth fans of anything'.

That statement right there, goes out to all people 'And should be applied to their lives. For their own well being'.

When people complain, that Terrence Crawford is not popular 'Who is he not popular with? Glory hunters, band wagon jumpers, the casual audience that will just support the mainstream athletes in any sporting era?'.

I understand that once a business, or sports athletes stimulates the interest of casual society 'For a period of time, they will have great business potential. I fully understand this model and concern that certain folk of speaking about on this thread. But on the negative that interest and potential is fleeting because that demography or style of supporters has fleeting perceptions, because their passions and support is based on a high level of passion or respect. This is not me judging those individuals, it is a description of a certain type of supporter within society'.

I disagree, Terrence Crawford is definitively popularly enough 'And he most likely has real supporter's, that have endured all the saga's in his career'.

Note: Terrence Crawford has most likely stayed true to himself, and has been his own original character throughout his career. Crawford's motives may not be the same as the people who are concerned about his popularity, Terrence Crawford primarily wants to win 'Every other objective from what I can see, is secondary. And for me personally over the years, I have really come to admire and respect that attitude and focus'.

To conclude: Time and time again, I see certain folk almost yearning for the validation of certain section of society. In my opinion this is not a great trait for a fighter, or even a individual the man of the street. Because this validation for which you seek is fleeting, from my observations it is not based on deep passion. There is no high level of respect or innate admiration, if this is the model of achievement? It is bad model'.

Anthony Joshua is a fighter in his career, who has sparks the interests and stimulated the casual sports fans 'That has been great for the sport. But if people really evaluate Joshua's career, there have actually been many negatives that has come with this standing. Because Anthony Joshua was unfortunately a fighter, a Champion who put a lot of trust and onus upon this type supporter'.

There were stages of his career, were this was not good for his well being 'There was accumulative negative effect upon his character. Because of how these fleeting supporters turned upon him, when he did not provide what their desires wanted. Anthony Joshua's character has been attacked, throughout the years by certain folk attributing narrative's and stereotype's to his characters which have definitively not been accurate'.

The only people that perpetuate those narrative and stereotypes are the very demographic, the section of society 'The casual sports fans'. The individual's of society who people are complaining Terrence Crawford is not popular with, or has sparked enough interests within'.

Terrence Crawford is popular with the real people who matter in the game 'Terrence Crawford may not have the vastness or passion of a Mike Tyson, Muhammad Ali type of fan base. But I would imagine that he does have a hardcore, passionate consistent fan base'.

Certain fighters will have a natural magnetism that will attract people towards them. Terrence Crawford can only be real 'And be true to his own character. If he has to be anything other than himself, to progress in his career or gain credit. Then I disagree, that is not good for his well being as a fighter'.

I just believe that we are living in a era, where individual's need to value being real more 'For their own well being and longevity. From what I can see, Terrence Crawford has been real in this game' etc.

Fans excited to see one-fight-a-year fighters. What a sport we have. And people expect to see massive PPV numbers. But this is Turki's money on the line. People need not worry about PPV numbers. Turki doesn't care.

I get what your saying and can agree to a certain extent
By creating and making himself a much more accessible person , to the sport , the fans and the casuals only increases his financial situation which would mean we’d probably see him fight more often and wouldn’t make himself hard to negotiate for fights making more fighters willing to fight him or vice versa
Plus I think everything he does for his community and all should be accessible to all people to see
Many don’t even know he opened a gym in Nebraska for kids to have something to do instead of being on the streets
That is just one thing of many which he’s done
Anyway I can go on but I’m hoping you get what I mean

This is the Floyd Mayweather blueprint. First, you must be a good fighter, second, be your own person, three make a WWE appearance, and lastly: call out the biggest name in the game! Canelo what are you gonna do?

Madrimov is a good fighter btw. Bud should be wise and not overlook him.

Plus, fight every 18 months or pretend you are retiring.
