Interesting fight. Norman is young and undefeated. Which Teo is going to show up? Time will tell!Comment

THE JIG UPS UP! No more coming in 15 to 20lbs heaver with an advantaged punch resistance and power disparity. Teofimo, Devin and Ryan Garcia are FINALLY going to face guys their size....and don't be surprised if they look average.
As for Brian Norman, Brian would mall Ryan Garcia and knock Devin Haney spark out. That said, styles make fights and Brain is good but he's green and predictable and based upon what he has shown, the fight should favor Teofimo Lopez.
Teofimo is the first of the weight bullies to move up but only because he wasn't lucky enough to get suspended or semi retire before Jaron Ennis exits the division. The moment Jaron Ennis is gone, Devin and Ryan will come out hiding like the munchkins when the house fell on the witch of the west.Last edited by factsarenice; 07-14-2024, 12:53 PM.Comment

Top Rank doing what they do best with their fighters, They did the same thing with Crawford, Stevenson, ect ect. Taking the route of fighting meaningless fights, paper titles and whatever is the easiest route, tell everyone you're the best and somehow convince the casuals that you're the best....Comment

He’s just allowing Top Rank to start another round of in-house recycling.

I know not many people know of Brian Norman Jr. but I would pick him to win and easy too! Here's why Teofimo hasn't looked great or impressive since getting the ass whipping he took from George and then to move up once we understood but to try it again against a solid fighter at welterweight I just can't see him winning against a real fighter with any sort of talent.

No! Norman, Lemos, Matias, hell even Hitchins, would be leaps, and bounds better than his last opponent Claggett!
That's what Greenfield02, was harping on about meaningless fights.
So don't try to confuse the narrative, because even Claggett was tagging, and marking Teofimo up.
If he move up, he's going to get put down, and I do believe for the count, because it looks like his best is already in the past.Comment
