In America many neighborhoods that are not upper middle class, do not have large estates separating neighbors... People have porches, they interact, look out for each other and socialize... If I buy the fight, people come and bring things... food, weed, other enticements, beer, etc. People probably chip in as well...So the cost of the fight is not really such an issue.

I used to be the one in NYC who bought the fights, they were of course cheaper then lol, but people offered to chip in (I declined), people brought nice stuff to share... But a dud is not good!!! Even with the good company of friends.

Cold hard facts mi hombre! I know you guys hate those but it is what it T.I.IS! Mike Tyson and Floyd PPVweather are the undisputed kings of PPV. Common denominator in all ten fights is there was an American black man in every one of them. The black dollar not only paid for and financed the PPV but each of those fights broke gate records which means we flew to Vegas and turnt da motha out as well. Blacks did that. Not Latinos. "Shakira Tweeterson" is fitting better and better. I was impressed with his accomplishments at 130, especially vs Valdez and Herring and Conceicao. But I'm getting less convinced about his skills the more he runs his mouth and refuses to engage when he's in the ring. Easier to look good against guys who aren't on your level, but I really doubt at this point that he will have the kind of career he thinks he will. I'm not even sure he makes it into the HOF. And the fact that he takes no responsibility for that says quite a bit. Really does remind me of Rigo, but with even less offensive capability.
