Canelo’s Resume vs Pacquiao’s Resume

Ok but the point seems to have gone over your head there.
You're listing Broner as a "3 weight champion" as if that means anything, when, it doesn't.
Roy Jones was a 4 division Champion. So.....What now? If you are going to use "3 division champion" as some kind of point of merit then you have to do the same for Roy Jones.
The point is both wins are as good as meaningless. Both were unranked at the weight, both are not legitimate wins.
Please, tell me more how Winky Wright was "shot" when he fought Hopkins even though he was P4P #3, the favourite to beat Hopkins and on the best run of his career you fucking retard
Or how Pacquaio beat Bradley when he was over 40
Log off buddy, you need a break.Comment

the most important is age obviously idiot. accomplishment second. Mike Tyson undisputed champ gets knocked out by Kevin Mcbride at the same age as RJJ fought Hopkins a 2nd time. RJJ already been cold ****ed 4 times.
that chit don't count. Period. when you are completely over the hill.
Adrien Broner 3 division champ AND 29 with 0 KO losses. he was much closer to prime than RJJ. it's not even close. That win still counts.Comment

Okay so here’s a question. Do you think aspects of the wins have no impact? Like I said Pacquiaos resume is among the best BUT
Mosley was at the end of his career and just loss to Mayweather
Margarito catchweight and completely damaged goods
De La Hoya was at the end of his career and completely done
Marquez wins were big asterisks then he got KTFO to end the war
Thurman was a good win but it was after a long layoff and a bunch of injuries. Look at his career afterwards
Hatton was just KOd by Mayweather
You also have to add in getting KO’d by Marquez
Losing to Tim Bradley
Losing to Horn
Losing to Ugas
Im not trying to take away from his resume, just asking if that stuff matters?

Don't change the topic, we're talking about who has the better resume over 40, Manny or Bernard. But if you want to split hairs about RJJ being shot and old, then I can split hairs with Thurman as he was injury probe, inactive and definitely not in his physical prime anymore. So if we take RJJ and Thurman off the table, Bernard still has a respectable list of people he's beaten over 40 and all Manny has is...Adrien Broner.Comment

The point is it’s IRRELEVANT. Adrien Broner was unranked, 0-1-1 in his last 2 fights and it’s not a good win for Pacquaio. Just like Roy Jones, the “4 weight champion” isn’t for Hopkins.
Luckily, for Hopkins case, he was a long list of top wins, #1 ranked guys, P4P ranked guys, reigning world champions, and Top 5 guys post 40.
Wheras Pacquaio….Doesn’t. He has one good win against Keith Thurman.
For you to actually try and argue that Pacquaio’s resume post 40 is better than Hopkins post 40 is RETARDED! You should just admit you made a mistake, it’s a better look than digging this hole further.
On top of that, Please, tell me more how Winky Wright was "shot" when he fought Hopkins even though he was P4P #3, the favourite to beat Hopkins and on the best run of his career you fucking retard

Prime Pacquaio wins against that version of Canelo. Going to be more like Margarito fight. Remember this is the same Canelo who had very close wins to the fighters you mentioned. Also struggled to someone like Matthew Hatton and Zombie version of Mosley. At 154 and below weight, Canelo stamina wasn't good either, he gassed out way too early in his fights. The 160 weight showed a better version of Canelo since he finally stopped cutting too much weight.
margarito fights nothing like Alvarez
Comparing a fighter who blocks punches with his face to a boxer with A-Class defense
manny would go life and death with Alvarez as he did with MarquezComment
