You should look up what the word corruption meaning. Upholding the rules has certainly nothing to do with corruption, rather it stands for integrity. Some of folks are fking sentimental.

Their rules say they should take a belt from the undisputed champion and give it to the winner of a fight between a guy he beat twice and a guy he knocked out with a jab.

This has been going on forever. When Lennox was the undisputed champion he was stripped by the WBA belt for fighting Michael Grant instead of John Ruiz which would have generated little money. Don King’s influence over the WBA was at work there.

The IBF then stripped Lewis of his other title when he refused to fight Chris Byrd. Don King’s influence again as Byrd was under his banner too…
