Fury should learn how to win with class and lose with dignity. He just makes himself look like a clown with this denial of what we all saw . It was a close fight , but he lost , no if's ,and's or but's about it. It's an insult to our intelligence and disrespectful of Usyk.

this kind of "im winning, im always winning" type of attitude is what cost him the first fight and prevents self-actualization. in order to beat usyk in the rematch he hast to actually be better. its not a matter of poor judging.Damn Wicked

Wasn't a close fight at all IMO. Don't know why people think that a pawing jab from Fury outweighs several power punches from his opponents, but that should have been an easy fight to score. 1-3 to Usyk, 4-6 to Fury, 7 was close but Usyk slightly edged it, and the remaining rounds to Usyk, including a 10-8 in the 9th, which could have had more KDs called or a TKO stoppage. I would love to hear from the judge that thought Fury won, because his cards didn't resemble the fight at all. Being as generous as possible to Fury and giving him the two rounds that were at all close still leaves Usyk with the win.

Earlier, a commenter said Fury could have won with a punch-n-hug strategy plus leaning heavily on Usyk. Props to Fury for not doing that. I always hated it when Wladimir Klitschko pulled that dirty trick on his opponents. Boxing is about hitting and not getting hit, but I personally dislike the tactics where “not getting hit” means we get 36 minutes of two sweaty men hugging.Left Hook Louie

It's the same when Fury says AJ is a robot - he could just get in the ring with AJ and beat him up if he was such a robot but somehow that fight never happens.
Fury has a belief problem - has only defended his title 4 times his whole career. That's fear right there. He is great at talking and making other people believe tho...
But let's be honest too. A guy who shuts out still reigning Wladimir Klitschko and goes in three times with the biggest puncher of the era is NOT going to be "afraid of" anyone else in the division.
Who? Joshua? Show me he can go 12 rounds with an in shape Ruiz.
Parker? That's his sparring partner for pete's sake.
Just saying for balance.billeau2 likes this.
