This is a good scrap. However nobody will be holding their breath waiting for Akmadaliev to pull the upset.

Why taking dig at inoue opposition? Fury arguably lost to a mma guy. And usyk acclimated to weight before taking fury on. Don't think inoue gives himself that luxury

The greatest thing about this mando is that it severely kills the chance of having to waste an Inoue fight against Doheny, and makes my personal first choice opponent MJ jump in front of the line.

MJ @Wembley in September, Goodman at Japan or Australia in December, Venado in US next May come on (I can dream)

MJ is a mandatory. He has no say on location. So him wanting to fight inoue in wembley means nothing.

Inoue vs MJ is the perfect fight, but I doubt it happens in London

Meh, frankly the location is a second thought so I won't mind if it is in Japan again for obvious reasons.

Granted if it goes purse bid and Saudi buys it, that would be great too.

Tho in hindsight the only worry I have is that they called it rather later than I thought with not much time. I really hope the rumored Doheny fight wasn't already set up and awaiting release or something and then this came out. Frankly out of the four or so candidates left the one I wanted to see the most is MJ, and it would suck if Inoue ends up having to vacate because of schedule timing issues.

If the deadline was set end of December that would've been no issue as MJ could've happened in December and Goodman wait his turn afterwards if Inoue is still there.
