Hopefully Schaefer can breathe some life into Mayweather Promotions! Floyd's stable is very weak, and has been for some time! Now without Tank, what does he really have?

He has very little to nothing as far as his promotional company is concerned, and Schaefer isn't the kiss ass that Ellerbe was, and still is.
Before he lost Tank, a multitude of fighters had left his stable, due to their inactivity, and their being forced into fighting matches rather then sparring matches.
His stable of fighters weren't learning as much boxing technique, as they were getting battered, and bruised for Mayweather's sadistic pleasure.
That's as per some of the fighters who left the promotions, prior to Tanks departure.

Schaefer is a global boxing guy. 100% this tells me that they intend to work more with the Saudis and other promoters and that they intent to scout talent around the globe. Good move.

Schaefer used to lead the Irish mafia Daniel Kinahan's outfit Probellum, the only reason he is not banned from entering USA is because he holds USA citizenship too.

Don't get why RS is excited about the Saudis. The most logical next step for the Saudis is to create their own promotional company. They'd have all the fighters in 2-3 years. Why pay for Arum, Mayweather, Oscar, etc. to get rich? Pay the fighter and cut out the middleman.

They likely will with Warren as an advisor and Spencer Brown because they can't drop the links to Kinahan for w/e reason...

I'm happy for Leonard Ellerbe I can remember him being in the early stages of Floyd career in sweats and looking for gold believing in a young buck from Grand Rapids, he's made millions and now he can enjoy life without the control of MM. I can also recall crazy things he dealt with like seating issues for the Money Team family that were not right according to the boss. Get Paid, keep it moving!

What Mayweather and Schaefer are keeping quiet is that while Richard Schaefer was at Golden Boy, and at a time when Oscar de La Hoya was experiencing one of the lowest times of his life, Schaefer let GBP fighters promotional contracts expire and had the fighters sign with Al Haymon thinking he would be hired by Haymon for his dirty deed. Instead, Haymon used Schaefer and hung him out to dry.

Later, Schaefer started Probellum which was totally funded by Daniel Kinahan. When the U.S. and EU put a 5M bounty for the arrest of Kinahan, Schaefer’ was forced to close Probellum. Also, Schaefer is one of hundreds of individuals who has been put on the U. S. No Fly List like Tyson Fury and Frank Warren for his involvement in laundering money for Kinahan through his failed promotional company Probellum,

Schaefer is a dirty snake who cannot be trusted, so Mayweather better keep one eye open because Schaefer has a history of dirty dealing and screwing his paymasters. Everything Schaefer touches fails. Karma doesn’t like snakes like Schaefer.

This is a bit surprising. It makes sense though. Mayweather promotions hasnt really done **** and even when they did have fighters with a name they never got them big fights. Leonard Ellerbe i believe started out as mayweather's strength and conditioning coach, he was never a business man, he had no business experience and shouldnt be a CEO. Schaefer is a businessman, I cannot see Schaefer sitting around not making big fights like mayweather promotions has done in the past, I can see them trying to get in the mix now.

I also know that this is really going to trigger DLH and he will divert his attention away from crying about Canelo back to cryign about Mayweather and Schaefer. If shafer and mayweather actually do put on a good show then expect DLH to have another coked up twitter melt down.
