Don't get why RS is excited about the Saudis. The most logical next step for the Saudis is to create their own promotional company. They'd have all the fighters in 2-3 years. Why pay for Arum, Mayweather, Oscar, etc. to get rich? Pay the fighter and cut out the middleman.

Schaefer is a global boxing guy. 100% this tells me that they intend to work more with the Saudis and other promoters and that they intent to scout talent around the globe. Good move.
