Wow, so called boxing fans. People don't let your hate not recognize the skills that some fighters have. Tank is very skilled especially for a guy his size, Wilder was a one trick pony.

Davis is actually broner 2.0...one just comes forward, and Davis fight off the back foot... otherwise they have the same damn style and around the same speed n pop...

They both have great defense yet catch all types hands and is typically losing fights before their power bails them out

NSB is the home of "hot takes". Lazy comparison but we all still remember the Hrgovic logic that was on display.

Davis needs to step up his competition but the power and ability to land it is real. Tank is a short, squat dude but he's managed to make KingRy quit and stop Barrios.

When was the last time Broner's power bailed him out? He's usually relied on the judges to do that for him.

You are counting apples and oranges here. Davis actually knows how to box.

While Wilder only knows how to fight. Davis has been boxing for most of his life.

While Deontay has just learned and discovered the sport in his early 20s. While attending college and working a 9-5 job.

I disagree he has skills and speed, a lot more than Wilder has/had.

But he is frauding a lot like wilder thoughthough. Terrible standard of opp and always draining everyone. Joke.

As other posters said, he always is losing on cards and then looks for one hitter. Guts who fight like thay are always found out eventually.

Many of us said Tank would be Broner 2.0, but Broner at least stepped up to better opposition. Tank is trying to drag Inoue up 3 weight classes instead of fighting the best at 135. He insisted Loma would be 40 soon enough when asked why he won't fight him. Won't fight Shakur and didn't want any part of Haney or Teo. He's using the Mayweather blueprint of fighting big names on their way up or down or putting them at a disadvantage before fighting them. Hyping up potential opponents who are B-level at best.

Wilder ducked Joshua, Whyte and had 38 fights against no-hopers and C-rate competition. He finally stepped up to Fury and handled those losses like a toddler who had his ice cream cone taken away from him.

                    That's ridiculous.

Tank is a really talented counterpuncher & one of the hardest punchers in boxing.

He's just on the PBC protection program.

He will not lose to anybody but the absolute top of the P4P level fighters.

The problem is that he won't fight those fighters.

I do think Tank is a protected fighter, but he is a lot more well rounded and capable than Wilder. That is typical given the level of competition where most of the Heavy weights are out of shape and trained in few skills versus the divisions where the competition is fierce! Tank has skills but does not seem to have the need to challenge himself.
