He was an OK fighter but a win over him doesn't put Evander above Usyk. Holyfield lost to Fat Toney and Moorer ffs.

He's small and unskilled compared to Usyk.

He also lost to Moorer right before he had to retire with heart problems.

Again, these things have to be put into context.

The Holyfield of '90-'92 was a whole different animal

Usyk strugged with Derek Chisora & Chazz Witherspoon, who AS A PRIME FIGHTER.

Prime Riddick Bowe was so scared of Lennox Lewis after getting KTFO by him as an amateur that he threw his WBC belt in the trash can to avoid having to fight Lennox again.

Prime Riddick Bowe was getting the crap beaten out of him in 2 fights against Andrew Golota and only won because Golata got disqualified for low blows in both fights.

Usyk would box the socks off Bowe if they were in the same era.

Lennox Lewis is one of the greatest HWs ever, so I don't kno0w how that somehow makes your point.

And by the time Bowe fought Golota he was far past his prime.

I think 60lbs over 21 years is doable. Especially when 5 of those years are during puberty.

Usyk was 19 when they fought in December of 2006 at 165lbs.

Usyk was almost 40 when he whooped Fury. Imagine what he would do to Holyfield in his prime (like he was at 32 when he lost to bum Michael Moorer- one of his 10 losses)

Evander has 10 losses including many to low tier heavyweights. Usyk has zero losses.

No rules were changed for Usyk. The Cruiserweight limit was raised from 190lb to 200lb over 20 years ago.

I get that but when Holyfield was competing in that division the limit was 190. Now it's 200. I am not faulting Oleksandr at all. It's just is what it is.
