We already saw Scott try to teach him to go to the body more. Not knocking Wilder at all here; but he always reverts back to original form when the pressure in the fight rises. He also doesn’t have the best stamina. I think he’s a haaaard puncher with very little else. When he uses his jab better, he seems to be more successful. I admit he mostly used his left hand as a range-finder in his last couple of fights. Right hand, in my opinion, is still there, though, even though I know others disagree with me.

He doesn’t look right, but his punches still look fearsome to me. But I wonder if he may have brain damage (as Fury has openly admitted he has) from their brutal trilogy. The ayahuasca may have also changed some of the cerebral wiring, but he does seem off to me when he talks now. Almost as if he’s drugged or sedated.

I guess we don’t see eye to eye then. But I still hope he retires and saves whatever health he has left. Like I said, I’m no expert, but he just doesn‘t “look” right to me when he talks anymore. Like a milder version of Spence.

Maybe your right and that would be an extra teason to get out of the sport
Plus he’s got a sick daughter to worry about
Imo , he’s made enough money and can focus on helping her getting better
