It's funny how all the "boogeymen" of boxing always seem to be guys who have limited fanbases and bring little economic incentive.

I remember Makhmudov was supposed to be a Boogeyman too. Until he wasn't.
Cool..I am happy with him..now Hunter can go away and keep on fighting bums by Triller or somebody else.

Hrgovic will Ko Dubois and Joshua also.

I rhink only Usyk, Fury and Kabayel beat Hrgovic. Parker is too soft.

Not to defend him, but to add some perspective....I think a lot of Hunter's behavior is a result of how his father's career went. The elder Hunter was a skilled fighter (and career "B-side") who got robbed of decisions on more than one occasion (the most egregious being the Botha fight). Between that and his personal problems, Mike Sr never really fully realized his potential.

I think the son is hyper-sensitive to the ugly business side of the sport, perhaps to his own detriment. I would have liked to see Hunter accept more challenges in the ring but I'm also not the one who has to deal with the ugly business of boxing.

And that was the correct decision, look at the fights he made since then.

Still have no idea why Hrgovic has been protected or shephered the way he has been. He needs to be made a part of the current top 5 before it fades and HW goes back to flabbyweight. It's not like he's even with a **** promoter.

I'm not a Parker fan, but too soft? Not sure about that. Hrgovic probably by decision, I don't think he gets Parker out of there. He stood up to Wilder and Zhang's bombs. The Joyce fight was an anomaly.

ZZ is Chinese, big market....if only 0.5% People in China pay PPV you have 7.000.000 PPV people watching...Croatia is 3.500.000 people in total so he must be good as hell to be interesting for the market.

I didn't realise Croatia's population was so small! In that case that's even more reason he needs to be prioritised by Eddie, how long is he going to fight bums for? What a waste of talent. He's been 12 rounds only once vs Zhang, no idea what his stamina is actually like.

Dubois is a step up I guess, but he has barely been tested, why can't he have been in with some recognisable names like Parker or Ruiz or Wallin or even god forbid Chisora or Whyte.

DDD is new page on his carrer. If he beats DDD then next fight can only be bigger one. So first 1st june then the rest will follow. Turki will make sure.

Nah, it was not anomaly. Joyce just crushed him. Hrgovic will do it faster.
