I do not knowmdid you noticed, only guys who have nothing lose are fighting Hrgovic:
1. Zhang - no one gave him chance, only Hrgovic
2. Demsey Mckean - also no one gave him a chance
3. DDD lost his chances before now he must make step up so he is fighting Hrgovic

All guys who have options do not fight him.

AJ will fight Hrgovic only if it will be for IBF title.

Hrgovic might be as good as many claim him to be but I haven't seen it displayed in the ring yet. He didn't look good against Zhang and he certainly didn't respond well when he got hit hard. He walked away from his man several times like he didn't want to be there. I've heard the excuse it was because the death of his father. Perhaps, perhaps he's not as good as billed.

He doesn't move his head and he fights stiff. He's been clipped clean against lesser competition, luckily that level of competition has been so pedestrian it hasn't mattered. He's big, has decent fundamentals and hits hard.

I think DuBois has a real chance to use his power and athleticism to good advantage here. I don't think DDD is the top tier but I'm not sure Hrgovic is either.

Yoka was willing to fight him but Bakole forced the Frenchman to honor their contracted fight. We know how that went. There were alot of guys in the IBF rankings that wanted bigger money fights than Hrgovic so they stepped aside but I wouldn't say it was fear of the Croatian. I believe Parker was one of them but he's proven he will fight anyone of the money is right, Ortiz and Ruiz were two others but they are always pricing themselves out.

If Zhang did not KO him there is no way that DDD do it. Zhang trow a lot big shots at Hrgovic face....upercuts...and Hrgovic always came back and trow back big punches on ZZ. He is not quitter as DDD.

Exactly. Hrgovic is definitely a potentially dangerous foe and I'm not sure how much revenue he brings behind him (the pitfalls of being born in a very small country).

He brings no revenue to the table like guys from US, GB and Mex. Never will. That is why this fight is to be or not to be for him.

A 12yr old bully has a psychological advantage over DDD lol. Hes an interesting cat to have gotten as far as he has with how lacking in mental intimidation he is.

Its hard to trust what DDD shows up. If Lerena or Big Baby DDD shows up I don't hate his chances at all. If Usyk DDD shows up Filip likely stops him or makes him quit early to mid. This fights appeal all rests on what DDD shows up.

I'm rooting on Big Baby DDD showing up to make the fight more fun. If that guy doesn't show up I expect a slow & deliberate ride into the abyss for DDD.

Hunter also decided to move to Triller for fighting some bums rather than fight Hrgovic in IBF eliminator.

Hrgovic is a boogeyman. Only guys that must fight him, fight him.
