Lewis is definitely above Joe Frazier and Larry Holmes …3 time work champion and beat everybody he stepped in the ring with…beat Holyfield , Tyson , klitchcko , mercer , Morrison , ruddock , tua , golota , Bruno , weaver , Biggs and Olympic champion…that’s some record right there

Not even Deontay himself thinks he should be on that list. Ortiz, Stiverne, Szpilka don't get you on these kinds of list.

Interestingly....i think in most of the eras you can make a top 15 list....except this one. I dont think there has been an era where the title focussed on and swirled around 3 fighters without any really serious challengers. Other than Usyk now arriving on the scene to rid us of that...Fury Wilder and AJ are the only "decent" fighters of this era.

Honestly this Lewis collective hallucination needs to stop. Let's put that record into perspective: His best win was scraping by a over the hill shop worn Holyfield. No mean feat, granted.
The Tyson fight shouldn't even be mentioned.
Klitschko was beating him and Lewis got lucky and ducked the rematch knowing his time was up.
The rest of his record his nothing exceptional, except for Olympic Gold. Oh, except even that was from multiple terrible referring decision going in his favor.

On paper, "he beat everyone he faced" and "beat everyone in his era", in reality he got lucky, and cherry picked greats when they were has-beens, and got KO'd brutally by nobodies along the way.
Such a shame Bowe was so ill advised not to fight him in '93, he would have flattened him.

Not a bad little list although I would place Lennox a bit higher.

                    1 John L Sullivan
                    2 Joe Louis
                    3 Larry Holmes
                    4 Rocky Marciano
                    5 Teofilo Stevenson
                    6 Muhammad Ali
                    7 Rid**** Bowe
                    8 Jack Dempsey
                    9 Lennox Lewis
                    10 Mike Tyson

                    Usyk, Vlad, George, Liston, Holyfield,

                    Honorable mentions
Ibeabuchi, Frazier, Fury, Willard, Johnson, Ortiz, Corbett, Jeffries

I cant put Valuev or Mercer anywhere on this list of greatest but I always imagine them against the rest.
Maybe I should substitute Mike Tyson with an honorable mention but I just cant.
I left off lots of guys who had short reigns that couldve caused anyone problems. (i.e. - Norton, MSpinks, Shmelling,Walcott)
Nope,no Tua, AJ, or Wilder or Fitzimmons.

(Look how this site censored Bowes name.)
