Honestly we're probably several steps away from a unification. The title scene at 154 is a freaking mess.

Lineal TBRB, Ring, WBA "Champion in Recess" is Jermell Charlo. If he can make 154 again he gets an automatic mandatory shot at the WBA champion.

Fundora fighting Spence for the WBC means he won't fight Crawford v Madrimov winner before the end of the year.

That means Crawford v Madrimov is a unified title fight for the full WBA and WBO titles.

Meanwhile, Tszyu vs Ortiz is for the WBA interim strap.

And Bohachuk has the WBC interim strap.

Meanwhile Murtazaliev is out on an island by himself with the IBF.

It seems like the Crawford v Madrimov winner could have two mandatories waiting in Charlo and then the Tszyu v Ortiz winner.

The WBC might make Bohachuk wait 3 years to get his shot like they did to Adames, or they could call his mandatory shot right after the Spence v Fundora fight. Never know what they'll do.

Spence vs Fundora won't be for the WBO belt. Fundora was ordered to defend against the Crawford v Madrimov winner before the end of the year. Taking the Spence fight means he'll be stripped of the WBO belt and Crawford v Madrimov will be a unified WBA/WBO title fight.
