I'm probably in the minority here, but I think Spence gets the W. You can scroll through my previous comments and you'll see I had Bud over Spence, btw, so I'm not a Spence fanboy. Spence may be damaged goods after the Crawford beatdown, but I don't think he is and I see Errol doing what Tszyu was in the process of doing to Fundora: chopping down that tree.

So this drunk gets his ass kicked, activates his rematch clause to have Crawford on the sidelines then does nothing and ultimately ends up getting a shot in a division he's never fought while being inactive and coming off a loss.
Good job pbc. No wonder you guys are failing. Another ppv bomb

I think Spence wins this one at a more comfortable weight. If he wins impressively it could set up a rematch with Crawford at 154 later in the year or early 2025. If he sc****s by with a close decision I’m not sure where that puts him at 154.

Nice fight but it’s little far off for me to lock in on a pick. I’m not a fan of this with Spence getting an immediate title shot coming off a loss at the division BELOW. And factoring in his lifestyle and habits of weight management between fights, won’t have to cut the additional 7 pounds but it was a long layoff and habits. No reason to think otherwise but let’s hope that bud knocked some sense into him to make this a fight he’s going to get touchedDon2021 likes this.

The Crawford vs Madrimov winner will have the Tszyu vs Ortiz winner (will be WBA interim champ) and possibly Charlo (WBA champ-in-recess) as a mandatory challenger.
The Fundora vs Spence winner will have Bohachuk (WBC interim champ) as a mandatory challenger.wrecksracer

This doesn’t feel right imo.
Spence got destroyed against Crawford. Crawford should be getting this fight because it feels like a bigger payday than the Madrimov fight.
If not Crawford, Tszyu should be getting a rematch.
Spence needs a get back fight but it shouldn’t be a title fight like this.
Gives us as fans 3 good fights but this imo is the kind of crap that makes the sport frustrating at times.
I do see the PBC haters pissed off so I at least get that. lol. Should sell enough to make some money.
Hope PBC stacks the card so the anti PBC babies can cry some more.Last edited by The Big Dunn; 05-24-2024, 02:44 PM.

Fundora should be fighting Bohachuk if not Crawford or Tszyu. Bohachuk has the WBC interim strap, after all.

That would be the fair thing to do over the Spence fight as well, but Fondura is getting a career payday for sure so that is the only good thing for him.CPNUTKnockoutFreshMart likes this.
