blame the fighters that decline ibf's offer to fight their eliminators. boxers don't like them because they are strict and they have a 10 pound 2nd day weigh in policy. that's why, for example, this weekend karen chukhadzian (#7) and harry scarrf (#9) fought for #1 position. yes, karen is now ennis' mandatory (a fight nobody wants to see again). that's why hrgovic had to fight #13 zhang. wbc had this situation when yildirim fought #15 45 year old lolenga mock because everybody else declined. sometimes nobody in their top10 wants to fight their eliminator. they get demoted for 6 months and when they demote several good boxers, there's not much quality left.

since people don't follow what's happening, it looks like only sanctioning bodies are to blame. i assure you, the main reason for bad mandatories is boxers ducking eliminators. and what do you all want? to punish guys that actually wanted to fight and paid sanctioning fees? those are the only guys that should be rewarded!

another reason for terrible rankings is that, contrary to fans' belief, there aren't even 10 great fighters in any division. 4 champions and 1 or 2 contenders at the max are good. that leaves everybody else including the inevitable mandatories being "trash". still, what do you want them to do? retire, die, don't exist?

The Ring is far from perfect but to act like it’s the same level as the WBA’s rankings is just fucking IDIOTIC.

Anyone with a grain of sense can see that.
You're lining up different piles of dog crap and then trying to rank them by quality. You can separate them by any criteria that you want but in the end it's still a turd.

These are the guys who take the eliminators. Maybe better fighters should take the IBF route? They'd get their title shots anyway.

Even in that brain dead comparison it’s still idiotic. It’s like saying 20 lbs of dog shit is the equivalent to 1lb of it. It’s idiotic, as simple as that.

It’s like saying Jarrel Miller’s drug history is the equivalent to someone like Canelo’s for example. When obviously it’s not despite the fact both have drug histories. One’s massively outweighs the other.

I think it’s time you log off again and take another break.

Any amount of dog crap is still dog crap. The tolerable level is 0. You're bringing a 1 pound pile of dog crap and putting it on the kitchen table, trying to reason with the wife that at least it isn't 20 pounds.

You called them “WBA tier”, that’s nonsense.

You think being owned by a promoter is as bad as ranking dead guys? Or ranking 46 year old Fres Oquendo #1 at HW? Or ranking Chris Lovejoy and Joe Fournier in your top 10/15?

As I said they’re streets apart,

Fair point, but some of these guys shouldn’t even be ranked in the first place to get an eliminator. Scull beat Shvedenko, Eifert beat 41 year old Pascal. The IBF need to the clean this up.

It’s like giving a guy who committed GBH and a serial killer the same sentence.

                    Do you hear yourself mate?

Do you actually think you don’t sound totally retarded?

If that’s your logic, TBRB have made the fair share of mistakes aswell over the years. So are we to dismiss them aswell?

You’re creeping into the old moving the goalpost fallacy again here. How you often like to do.

                      Literally That’s a perfect comparison.

To compare The Rings rankings to the WBA rankings is just beyond absurd.

But this is the same guy who considers Paul Butler an elite win for Inoue because he’s love with him on the sole basis he was “ranked” and then fighters he doesn’t like deems ranked wins as “bums” so I’m not even remotely surprised to be honest.
