  • The top 5 reason why Fury wins the rematch

1 - Fury always comes back stronger - See Wilder and McDermott

2 - He will be in better condition - Uysk looked old and tired

3 - He won't give away early rounds

4 - He knows what works against Uayk and wont lose focus next time

5 - Usyk is regressing every fight and won't get any better

Tyson has taken a huge amount of damage in the past few years. From Wilder 1 to Wilder 3, the terrible cuts he recei3vd and now that battering in round 9.

      4. is probably your best reason, but, and it's a big but...

Fury will probably get depressed and go on a coke binge now

Fury was slick, pretty spiteful in the punch, confident, fitter than we've seen.

And Usyk adjusted, wore him down, and built up pressure to the point that he had him practically unconscious on his feet. I'll never know how Fury survived that 9th round.

I'm not sure Fury has been better, or can be better.

Easier said than done, Usyk was applying pressure since the opening second, paid off dividends in the 9th cause he was in his face getting in-out of range the whole time. At some point Fury lost focus and Usyk came through. Same as for 'giving up early rounds'. Fury did not willingly give up those rounds but the fight was at a pace that he could not handle, because of the energy expenditure of his weight.

Unlikely. Fury can`t do it better. he was in much better shape than in Wilder 3 or Chisora 3 IMO.

In rematches, a better boxer usually wins ever better. And Usyk is a better boxer for me.

Nah, Fury will become reckless again and probably pay by the stoppage loss next time. he can`t stick to some discipline in the fight. It is not who he is.

unless usyk gets old overnight, fury has only a very slim chance. That was the best possible fury at this stage. he had a great gameplan, and boxed as well as he ever did. Usyk is just that better, even though usyk was not even at his best. I think if they met in Feb Usyk would be even more impressive. 9 months of fury messing him up, affected him for sure - but ultimately it didn't matter - usyk is simply better. no version of fury beats on game usyk.

1: Seriously when will people stop referring to McDermott?

2: Why would he be in better condition? At the post fight press conference he said that he had not one but two great training camps. He said that he could not have done better last night. He actually said that.

3: He could do with cutting out the messing around, but he is a jester and he said it was because he was having a lot of fun, which I can believe.

4: Could say the same about Usyk for next time?

5: Could say the same about Fury?

                    100%

He said as much in the post fight press conference. No way any proud fighter who genuinely believes they won and was robbed would admit that they could not have done better. He admitted that his training camps were great.

In fairness to Fury, he did not make excuses. Which means he knew he lost.
