The main issue for Fury is as I said before his legs are gone.

He looked slow on his feet, because he was.

The thing is he can somewhat mask it because he has such long legs and long arms that he can stick his jab hand on your face and take one step backwards and he's out of range.

So it looks like he's moving OK.

But go back and watch the fight, and compare it to Klitschko fight or even Wilder 1 and you will see what I mean about Fury's footwork being so basic now.

He's been down 8 times in his career now, Wilder hit him with some of the biggest punches seen in recent heavyweight fights. He was obese and on drugs for 3 years, he has to tuck all his loose skin into his shorts.

He's physically a wreck, that was his biggest problem on his side of things tonight, the other side of things is just Usyk is a special guy who you'd have to hit with a tank shell to stop.

Many fighters would have got despondent in those middle rounds and wilted when they couldn't find any success, but Usyk found the success.

I will not be surprised if Fury retires.

I think he'll sign off after pummelling AJ first. Easy money.

So Usyk is going to get worse because he’s aging, but the big fat **** who got a serious concussion and has never stayed in shape between fights is going to get better?

I think in the rematch both Fury and Usyk will do things possibly differently and learn from the first fight. Still very impressed with Uysk with how he fought Joshua in the latter rounds of the 2nd fight.

Thing that caught my attention when I saw Fury for the first time properly prior to the fight with Uysk when his chest was laid bare was he looked a bit weight drained. Doing what he has done in the past eg drinking bouts does affect the body though in his credit in recent times has improved so kudos to him. Even when he walked out of the ring after the fight yesterday v Uysk had love handles around his waist. In this area (mental discipline)I always thought Uysk trumped him and was delighted that he won as to me he has always been more the gentlemen and spartan of the two.

Fury had deep personal issues when still undefeated and already lineal champ. Now he has lost his 0 and in decisive fashion. He had no excuses to make (fair play) and was evident that he'd simply finally come up against someone better than him.

Losing a boxing match is more devastating than any normal person can possibly imagine, I think. What this might do to his ego or self belief or motivation or even mental health or whatever is in question. He doesn't have an axe to grind this time, like he did vs Wilder.

I just hope he stays well, no matter what happens.

This is not the same Tyson Fury of nine years ago. He is slowly on the decline. When he fought Wladimir Klitschko in 2015; He managed to circle and stay off the ropes for all twelve rounds by keeping the action in the center of the ring.

However, this 35-year-old version of Tyson Fury can no longer do that. Which is the major reason why he was almost knocked out in round 9. He no longer has the same stamina or legs to keep the fight in the center without his back touching the ropes.

Yeah but he's always done a bit of rope-a-dope. That's not new. And to be fair to his legs, how he didn't go down is beyond science. I don't think his stamina would have been that bad if he hadn't taken all that punishment. He was still ok in 11 and 12. He looked as fit as I've ever seen him. Seemed focused, didn't have a ridiculous entrance, I believe he was up for this.

And taking Usyk out of it, Fury was excellent. Just met someone more excellent.

People keep saying this but the last time he did was 7 year ago. Its boring repeating the same thing.

MAKE NO MISTAKE FURY WONT LET USYK OFF -He already has the blue print. He just needs to watch rounds 3 - 7 and keep the same focus
