You have to wonder what would have been if he didn't fail the first test as he was going to get a Wlad fight and decent pay day. I truly feel he was set up with the first failure as a bunch of b side foreign fighters also tested positive after blasting local favorites in Russia around this time period. With proven cheating in Olympic sports by Russian government sporting federations it's not illogical to think a sport like boxing wouldn't have this problem with similar oversight.
