You have to wonder what would have been if he didn't fail the first test as he was going to get a Wlad fight and decent pay day. AWE was an interesting channel, they just aired shows glamorizing lifestyles of the rich and famous (mostly in the middle east) but then would randomly air live boxing content from exotic overseas locations. 50 Cent's ex girlfriend used to do the promotional lead-in for the fights...she was dressed like a round card girl but would step in the ring and shadow box.

The vibe for that Chagaev fight was so interesting because, as you put it, Browne's team was very aware of the fact they were fighting in the backyard of a warlord against the warlord's chosen man....ahh, good times and good memories.
