I would say Floyd in most circumstances but if we are talking about absolute prime Manny that is hitting on all cylinders, would stop Floyd.

At welterweight, I would have to say Manny Pacquiao. At any weight, I would have to say Floyd Mayweather, Jr. Money Mayweather was nowhere as good as Pretty Boy Floyd.

His domination of a prime and undefeated Diego Corrales was second to none. Not only was he fundamentally and defensively sound as usual but he displayed an awesome amount of power as well.

He dropped Corrales to the canvas several times enroute to a TKO victory. No one defeats that version of PBF; Not even Manny Pacquaio. That performance was perhaps the best night of Mayweather's career.

LW Manny would walk through Corrales like a wet paper bag.

I mean. Manny fought those guys.

                Floyd avoided them.

Dude Manny Pacquaio fought over 70 fights at his best which imo was the run that included Oscar, Cotto, Hatton, etc. Floyd Scared Money Mayweather had the opportunity to fight and beat that version, and put the whole thing to bed, but unfortunately his health came first i.e. he was scared to make the fight. Used some of the most creative excuses known to mankind.
