There’s no way of knowing if they intentionally cheated so it’s irrelevant. It’s a very simple solution, don’t take over the counter supplements. We know they’re an issue, why an athlete would take them I don’t know. None of my tested guys do for that very reason.

Garcia tested positive for Nandrolone, which is another thing your body produces in minscule amounts naturally, like Test and HGH like previously discussed. But it’s still a banned substance, that as above the threshold, in his body.

At the end of the day, the PEDs are in your system, once they’re in there, that black marks never going to go away. We’ll never know if it was done intentionally, same goes for 99% of all fighters who fail drug tests.
I don't know if you're a trainer or a nutritionist, but whatever, there's no need to tell fighters not to use over the counter supplements. As long as you check the ingredients against an up to date list of banned substances and keep purchase receipts, they will be fire proof.

Most trainers/nutritionist will know where to go for advice on the best legal over the counter supplements and WADA publishes alerts whenever a new substance is put on the banned list, so it's not that big of an ask.

That’s not true at all. Over the counter supplements are often contaminated with things that aren’t on the ingredient list. Theres a massive issue surrounding it. It’s not worth taking them for the risk/reward if you are a tested athlete.

You’re always running the risk be taking them, that’s why it’s best to avoid them in my eyes.
