You need to list names. I'm not one of those.
That's why you don't join bandwagon automatically, whether it includes veterans, top 10s, P4P. Their guess is as good/bad as yours. You rely on what you see, not what others see. I see and hear Porter and I thought what made this guy authority to everything? They were all wrong in their prediction didn't they?
To me it's not mostly about Garcia, it's about Haney. He didn't work his way the same way as Teo, Loma, etc. He's never ready for prime time other than Kamboso levels, retired guys like Gamboa, etc.

I totally disagree with you on this one.
After Shakur's last performance not even Arum / Top Rank wanna work with him.
I would think he has to earn his shot by really beating a top guy.
Sorry bud. But IMHO Shakur's style is bad for boxing.
If he leaves TR after he beats Loma he will make fights with guys who allow him to showcase his skill set.

Ryan said he hasn't been able to get below 143, and that he's going to 147. After that performance, he might be able to get some big fights. I don't like dismissing good work or bad on the basis of one fight, and this one raises lots of questions. If Ryan can get a title shot at 147, I could see Bud fighting him because if he can continue to perform and develop these upsets, that's a big fight, especially if he fights and beats Ennis, although I'm staying on the "I'm doubtful he can beat elite guys" train until he solidly proves otherwise.
One thing that seems clear is that Haney doesn't have a chin and that he relies a lot on size advantage. I think everyone knew that if he hadn't been so much bigger that Loma would have beaten him clearly. I would like to see him fight more at 140/7 to really know how much he's been exposed.

Although I respect Stevensons skills and admit he's probably one of the most skilled fighters in the sport.
I'm not gonna get suckered into watching another one of his fights.
Plus.
I put the blame on Both Shakur and DLS.
BOTH had equal fault in stinking up the joint.
But the difference is DLS wasn't being groomed for stardom.

Tonight that power was gone by the 4th round
I thought he would overpower Ryan and crow never tasted so good lol
Part of it is the style. Safety first fighters they can get jacked by guys who pressure them into making mistakes.
Devin got scared if he sat down on his shots he would get tagged he was right lol.
Also with all this weight differential. However things were supposed to be Ryan appeared to be a lot bigger in this fight than Haney.
