He has all ready fought like 30 journeyman. He needs to fight some bigger names now to also get his name out there.

Building and sustaining momentum is very important for a high-risk/low-reward boxer. They need to keep their name out there in order to continue applying pressure on the rest of the division. The more inactive Ennis is, the more difficult it'll be to attract bigger and better match-ups. Barrios and Stanionis are fighting on Canelo's under-card, and the Crowley fight hasn't gotten done for unknown reasons. There are no "big names" at WW right now. WW is going through a reset because Crawford and Spence are gone.
