"Boots is largely an untested contender, just like the rest of them So what if Bud beats him? You know as well as I do that Boots would turn into a hypejob who failed when he stepped up, and Bud would get no credit BECAUSE BOOTS HAS NO RESUME. He's not a money fight BECAUSE HE HAS NO RESUME. He's got zero casual appeal"

So you're telling me Madrimov is proven, tested, has a resume, and has casual appeal more than Boots?

Wait a minute, you also said this about Bivol

"A win against a natural middleweight and a hypejob weight bully who got a title in possibly the weakest division in the sport do not make for a resume. You're probably one of the ones who thinks that Charlo was a good win for Canelo, or that Bud coming up 3 divisions would be a good win. You'd give him credit for that too. Bivol has zero wins against a current champion in his own division, let alone being able to move up the ranks"

So you're telling me Bivol beating Canelo is not legit but Bud beating Madrimov is legit? Have several seats
Madrimov > Boots. Technical a better fighter than Boots who is very sloppy in his movements and does not have the finesse that Madrimov has. So it will be a better fight because we have seen Crawford struggle against Mean Machine so how will this go ? Madrimov is more of a legit threat than Boots he is the 154 WBA champ ffs.

He reminds me of a hybrid GGG and Lomachenko.

That's what I used to think of him too. The Loma footwork seems to have gone away under his time with Joel though.

It's not only particular group of fans. Fans overall sense of time is out of whack. Inactive fighter says, "I'll fight the winner of so and so fight." Fans say, "Good news!" As if the winner of such fight would be ready in just a week after the fight.

are football fans who watch the premier league 75% of the time not football fans?

this guy madrimov is fairly new on the scene, fights once a year so hardly builds a following & is rarely if ever mentioned even on 'hardcore' boxing sites over the years

I don't see why not his style presents a lot of openings for a surgeon like Crawford.

lmfao @ morons saying he reminds them of GGG

GGG was 1 punching guys at his level.

this guy has to work much harder and definitely not as talented.

is this some type of reverse psychology to hype up a bum?

Tszyu was the ideal, but crazy **** happens in boxing lol. When you have Crawford's level of skill/talent, you always have options. I'd be more surprised if Turki wasn't interested in booking TC's services.

He looks like him as a person but nowhere near the power or presence.

Prime GGG would walk out and the opponents would literally be on the ropes within 1 minutes. His footwork was that good and his power was just that overwhelming.

                      He was a juggernaut.

i don't get that feeling with this guy. he has to work hard etc.... he reminds me more like a Matt Korobov.
