Why would Floyd move to 160 at all? Floyd has never weighed in heavier than 151lbs. The rest, I don’t even know what to say. It shows a real misunderstanding of the sport, weight divisions and earning your spot.
Well, your the one who said his peers tried sabotaging Floyd's chance to be great, implying SSM and Pac waited floyd out so that floyd couldn't fight prime versions?
Well, floyd could have take things in his own hands, fight outside backyard, don't use CW's, fight guys badder and harder and nastier than 39 year old SSM, there must be somebody out there at time.
Stop blaming others for floyds shortcomings

Feroz He has 26 consecutive wins in world title fights (10 by KO), over 21 champions. It's also not an easy thing to climb up 5 divisions and remain undefeated.

But is his career manufactured to a degree by great management? Obviously after he retired most new fans of the sport have a difficulty understanding what fighters he faced were at their best when he fought them, mostly reading/hearing he beat the likes of Pacquiao and Alvarez at the end of his career

What were his best wins over prime competition overall?

Mayweather jr beat a lot of guys, but won his most famous matches when his opponents were past their best. He said where and when, most of his opponents were happy to play along with the terms.

Mayweather really lost his 1st fight to Castillo.

Floyd played you boxing fans- I never once paid for his fights. He won't go broke because he sold his soul to those devil worshippers who control the world.

I agree that Castillo should had won (have to watch the first fight again). Though it shouldn't affect how good his resume is overall.

His 130-140 career had prime opponents like Phillip N'dou, Genaro Hernandez, Chico Corrales, Castillo X2, and Gatti. Four out of Five should be HOF.

They just seem overshadowed with ATGs like Pacquiao, Cotto, Mosley and De La Hoya because they were more iconic fighters and were fought at their least optimal conditions via selective management. Still he should get credit to a degree as Cotto, Canelo and Pacquiao were still quite dangerous opponents coupled with his achievements with his earlier career.

            - - Hometown fighter with over 40% his fights in Vegas, mostly MGM where he chose his judges and ref and drug tester. He crack daddy say Oscar whooped him, so l'l floydy cracked open like a bawling, sobbing Humpty Dumpty during the rematch promotions, abruptly quitting boxing that left Oscar hanging after investing millions in promoting their lucrative rematch.

Enter Manny on short notice jumping two divisions to save the promotion and permanently retire Oscar.

l'l floydy comes back to fight Manny leftovers Marque at welter catchweight that he put off several weeks before paying Marquez a bonus so he could come into the fight heavy.

Then needing his infamous Vegas commish 2 week backdated TUE and altered scorecards so he could pass the drug tests and win the fight...only in boxing, folks!!!

Shane Mosley and Miguel Cotto ATG’s, you can’t be serious?

HOF Perhaps?? Shouldn't throw ATG around as if every great fighter is one.

                  HOF’ers certainly.

                  ATG’s no where close.

Mediocre until he beat De La Hoya. The Hatton win was good and then he "retired". After his "comeback" he beat more names but a lot of them were past their best.

Definitely not up there with the top tier atg's despite the obvious pros and cons
