But is his career manufactured to a degree by great management? His 130-140 career had prime opponents like Phillip N'dou, Genaro Hernandez, Chico Corrales, Castillo X2, and Gatti. Four out of Five should be HOF.

They just seem overshadowed with ATGs like Pacquiao, Cotto, Mosley and De La Hoya because they were more iconic fighters and were fought at their least optimal conditions via selective management. Still he should get credit to a degree as Cotto, Canelo and Pacquiao were still quite dangerous opponents coupled with his achievements with his earlier career.

Mediocre until he beat De La Hoya. The Hatton win was good and then he "retired". After his "comeback" he beat more names but a lot of them were past their best.
