Main issue for Ngannou was his defence was way too poor. He looked dangerous early on but once the knockdown came it was pretty much over, you dont fully recover from a shot that big, and he didnt have the defence to avoid or take the sting off of the shots, he was was taking them full on after already being rocked hard.

Rewatch it when it's up again. He had fear but not to the point that it overcame him. Ngannou did not look a 100% confident but better than Joshua eyes-wise.

The issue is that he is an inexperienced boxer who faced a puncher. Fury has improved his power considerably but it's not pure puncher level.
