Indeed. The Robot surprised me. So now he gets in line to get slapped by Fury or Usyk (again).

      Tonight wasn't your night Bro
      I predicted both W's
I predicted AJ by decision and Zhang by KO. Zhang wilts late. Parker did nothing great except persevere. That fight could have been a draw.

I got Sugar Shawn by KO and Maycee Barber by decision in UFC tonight.

Is it fair now to say, that like a minor leage home run hitter who can't make it in the majors; Francis Ngannou has a glass jaw by boxing standards??

Anyway, regardless of anyoof's opinion; it sure as hell looked that way.

        I'm just glad he's OK.

Haha no. It took 3 bombs to switch him off.

For sure he got a china temu chin. Id like to see him go Southpaw against Wilder.

Better footwork and balance might have kept him on his feet for the first knockdown punch.

The second two were all about the force of the punch... and that was in turn due to the complete lack of defence against a guy who can deliver a big shot quickly.

Basically I'd say he lacks footwork, balance and defence more than he lacks a chin.

Fair, lol. Didn't think Ngannou would win but there were and are holes in AJ's defense. That doesn't mean Ngannou has impregnable defense though, and when he started biting BIG on AJ feints I knew he was likely screwed.

Doesn't change my opinion that if he'd won the fight somehow, that it wouldn't have made for a legendary underdog story that would have fueled a lot more interest in boxing.

Was there something in particular you wanted to make fun of me for? I DID pick him to win in the Pick Em because I thought I'd run with some underdogs. Can't say I'm perfect at that. And I'm also on record saying that I thought AJ would be the worst matchup for him of any of them. Thought Wilder would have been the most interesting, and said so before the Fury fight. I'm still off that opinion. Hindsight and all that.
