Cotto is a good fighter but Tim Tsyu is probably at that level, probably higher already. Manny came from 130 in a massive run up. I don't know what would've happened at 154, he was a beast in his early 30s.

Tim is nowhere near the boxing ability of Cotto, but anyway Manny was 144 fight night with a 130 weighin, and was 145 at WW , the list of Guys that move up all these weight don't really, they are the same fight night weight in the higher division, where Mannys management got real smart was knowing that top tier fighters don't have pounds to spare they know they are close to their limits not all but most, now by CWing Oscar and Cotto he took advantage two ways, the Ist he doesn't have to dry out to make weight so he will be as strong as he can be at the weight, and if he can push the opponent over the edge just a little it has a double effect, its magic how as soon as guys were not CWed he could stop anybody, everybody was calling PEDS especially after turning down the biggest fight in history over Ped testing as Roach admitted, but I don't believe there was Peds, I believe it was the CWs draining guys that made the difference, which is why he wanted nothing to do with Cotto unless there was a CW, what is it stating when the only way you will fight a guy is with a CW.
