Thats all good and fine. Respect!People need to manage their expectations lol. As fans of the sport we expect certain things forgetting that this is boxing and the business model and regulations are not like pro leagues.
Not making excuses, but add the fact that Canelo has been fighting as a pro since 2005 and already faced the big names from the previous era. This has been an extended fare well your like I said years ago. He's managing the pressures from his entourage and of the people to whom he feels indebted and craving his path out of the sport as safely as he can.. The only way he can live safely and in peace moving forward. This is boxing, never forget that..
But don't disrespect the belts and hold up the careers of Benavidez and Morrell and less so Mbilli and Pacheco (knock on effects)Comment

Sucks for all of us imo.
PBC gets no Canelo fight. Canelo goes back to DAZN obscurity for easy fights.

Nah - wrong way round. PBC know what the fight is worth but either one or both are over-pricing themselves = duck.Comment

I agree that there's ducking going on here but you should take a back seat on this one since you never criticize Crawford, Tank, Haney ect ect for ducking. If you're not going to criticize everyone across the board then just be quiet about the subject....Comment

I think the fight would do around 300-500k ppvs at least if marketed correctly. The budget would be tight but if PBC believes in benevidez then a 50M offer could have been possible. Benevidez would have had to take a pay cut tho. Not saying it’s not a duck that’s just the economics

What's your issue with Haney? He was willing to fight in Mexican bars early in his career, signed a B-side contract to fight Kambosos twice in Australia, took on Loma, sent Shakur an offer (and we've all seen where their careers have gone since then), took on one of the top champions at 140, and made the fight with Ryan, who's got the speed to match him and the power he doesn't have. I'd have liked him to rematch Loma, but he sure doesn't look like a duck like Tank and Canelo.I used to like watching Canelo but he has turned into a sh** show. He's clearly avoiding Benavides, there's no more excuses, so I guess splitting from PBC was his way of getting out of things. Now he's become just like all the others, Crawford, Tank, Haney where they find excuses not to fight guys that pose a threat...
And are you calling Crawford a duck because of Ennis, who's already avoided him several times and turned down a title shot vs Bud already, so he could get his email belt?
