Oh jeez, well then your excuse is already in play since benavidez already signed to fight for 175 interim title vs the nail. Unfortunately, boxing doesn't always give us fans what we want when we want and that's ok. Sorry canelo career hasn't played out just like you would like, I'm sure team Canelo feels terrible for it. One things for sure though, we all know that regardless of what team Canelo next move is.. Jab jab will be tuning in no matter what through hell or high water. Lol

And you just proved that you’re cool with the ducking and are more of a canelo fan than a real boxing fan. No surprise there. It’s not about his career playing out the way I want it, it’s about real boxing fans wanting to see the best fights get made and holding boxers accountable when they don’t. You’d pay to watch him fight your drunk uncle because you love him unconditionally. I on the other hand, haven’t paid for a canelo match since his rematch with ggg in 2018. As far as the weight issue I mentioned , it’s the canelo way. He always wants to compromise his opponents. The guy has had more catchweight/rehydration clauses than anyone ever. He even tried to ask badou to drop 20 pounds to face him. He always wants an unfair edge which is also why he took banned substances. These are things real boxing fans care about that fan boy groupies turn a blind eye to. Enjoy canelo vs Berlanga and pretending as if canelo hasn’t become an embarrassment to boxing and more specifically, Mexican boxing.Comment

You're right about the money, but money has nothing to with the fight, canelo wants a drunken inactive fighter one division below, and haymon doesn't want to pay for a fight that's going to fail in the return. He knows benavidez vs canelo is going to bring all the money, once he mentioned the kid, that was the deal breaker.Comment
