Although I'd have to give edge to bud because he can switch stances so it adds to the versatility of not only thr jab but the other main punches too
I’ve never seen anyone assess waist movement as an asset. In a pound for pound sense, Bud has better power as he’s knocked out everyone he’s faced for the last 9 yrs other than postol, but obviously with Canelo’s size advantage, he has that. I see Crawford to have better speed, better countering ability, more accuracy, higher ring IQ, better foot movement and better stamina. I’d really only give canelo head my enemy and he’s moved away from that in recent years as he’s been a more stationary target. I’d rather the fight didn’t happen as canelo should be fighting Benavidez instead of a welterweight but if it did, I can’t see canelo “dominating”. Crawford isn’t jermell and he’ll at least try to win and won’t have the issue of not letting his hands go.

It does not work like that with that much of a size difference. The punches won't hurt Canelo and he will just walk down Crawford draining is energy just by imposing his will. Crawford is not going to hurt Canelo easily and running and taking bombs will eventually take its toll.

Whether or not he can hurt him isn’t the only factor. I’m sure Crawford has enough power to keep canelo honest but by your assessment, several people should’ve been able to just walk down mayweather. It didn’t happen because skill and ability play a major role in boxing. Crawford can make this a tough fight. But overall, as I said, canelo really should be looking at Benavidez and stop entertaining nonsense fights

Previous divison that Canelo fought before Mayweather was 147. Previous division Canelo before a potential Crawford fight is 175.

Do you understand Bivol is one of two top dogs in light heavy division?

The skill disparity still makes it a problem for canelo. He hasn’t faced anyone as skilled as Crawford since mayweather. Believe what you want but there’s a reason why canelo is shying away from it and it has nothing to do with credit he won’t get. He didn’t care when he picked charlo to live up from jmw to fight at smw and he didn’t care when he made khan move up from welter to mw. He cares now because he knows this has the potential to tarnish his legacy.

mismatch never prevented any fights from happening in the past... why is it an issue when it's TC vs Canelo???

Wasted away , although I give him the first fight , but after all downhill
GGG will be remembered for chasing Canelo etc etc more than anything else
Has anyone learned anything from it ?
                  Doesn’t seem like it
GGG made a fortune by waiting, and that's the only lesson that others learned. The problem is that you have young contenders waiting around for Canelo, whereas GGG was already in his mid-30s and a unified titlist. These young fighters are playing themselves by trying to replicate the formula.

These days they make a lot from social media so no need to fight anymore.

How much credit would Beterbiev get for fighiting a 154-60 fighter?

Why you guys want Canelo to fight 3 or 2 divisions smaller guy?

In boxing being big enogh actually matters.
